the breakfast room looked beautiful. the provided breakfast had a good choice of options. my room was modern and well equipped (i had a superior double room). it had good storage for luggage and other items.

The staff member, elisa, was a bit rude. this hotel partners with a private water taxi company. i received a room that did not have a proper signal for my phone services. It was far in the back and close to restrooms on the lower floor.

the staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and large, containing everything i could possibly need. The hotel has a very high standard of finish and is also very quiet. I was provided with complimentary tee, coffee and water in my room.

the electricity was a main issue. a phone charger literally blew up when i pulled out of the socket. the socket was on fire and the electricity fell. no one apologized for the incident and nobody asked me how i was.

the breakfast selection features a variety of food items, satisfying diverse palates. i observed prosekko offered alongside standard fare. the assortment included several choices for beverages and main courses, ensuring there was something for everyone.

modern equipment is available at the hotel. a water bus stop near the hotel gives easy access. the building gives the sensation of being in a country side house. the location is close to the city center.

iced water was waiting at the entrance upon my arrival. the staff provided assistance with navigating to water taxi meeting points. the reception staff was very helpful and friendly to me. the staff seems efficient and kind.
